Made-to-order products

Our made-to-order products are created especially for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size or color selected incorrectly when ordering. Please review product details and measurements before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, email peaceandpettiness@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed eligible problem. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

Other products

For products that are not made to order, contact us before arranging a return so we can confirm the applicable product and supplier requirements.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under law.
